DUBAI, June 7 / WAM / The UAE Sports Federation for School and University Education Institutions has announced that Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi will represent the UAE at the World University Futsal Championship. The tournament will be hosted in Shanghai, China, starting tomorrow until June 16, with the participation of 14 countries.

The Federation emphasized that this participation is part of a diverse international calendar this season, which has already included the Asia University 3×3 Basketball Championship in China and the World University Cycling Championship in Costa Rica.

The upcoming agenda of international commitments also includes participating in the World University Beach Games in Brazil from September 2 to 8, and the Arab University Beach Games in Morocco from October 23 to 27.
