Federation Strategy

Preparing and developing the Federation’s internal regulations and governance manual.
Establishing the fundamental regulations and organizational bylaws governing the activities of coaches, referees, and administrators.
Obtaining membership in the National Olympic Committee and adhering to the Olympic Charter.
Ensuring compliance with all regulations and directives issued by the National Olympic Committee and relevant authorities.
Resolving sports-related disputes in accordance with the provisions of these regulations and the applicable laws.
Providing all necessary data and information, including administrative, technical, and financial reports, to the relevant authorities and the National Olympic Committee.
Refraining from involvement in political, religious, sectarian, or racial matters and disputes.
Organizing and overseeing the affairs of centers, academies, and clubs affiliated with educational institutions and other entities that are members of the Federation.

Federation Objectives

To enhance the reputation of the State and the standing of the Federation in various sporting forums.
To administer and oversee school and university sports, and to supervise and monitor them in accordance with the provisions of these Statutes, the Federation’s Internal Regulations, and the rules of the International Federation.
To promote a culture of sports participation and create appropriate opportunities for students to engage in sports, whether at the school level, the university level, or more broadly throughout the State, and to support their growth and development.
To establish organizational policies, plans, and programs related to school and university sports activities.
To organize sporting events, activities, and programs related to the identification of athletic talent and to provide integrated support and development pathways for such talent through cooperation with relevant entities both domestically and internationally.
To organize school and university sports competitions among the Federation’s members in various sports disciplines and to supervise and monitor them within the framework of applicable laws, regulations, and bylaws.
To establish the conditions, criteria, and standards governing the participation of members in sports competitions organized by the Federation.
To form and prepare school and university national teams representing the State in relevant sporting competitions and to strive toward achieving regional, continental, Arab, Olympic, and international sporting accomplishments.
To train, develop, and qualify technical personnel associated with the Federation’s activities, as well as referees and administrators, and to enhance their performance and regulate the scope of their work.
To establish athlete preparation and development centers and supervise them in coordination with the Authority and the National Olympic Committee in order to achieve the best results.
To promote the participation of female students in school and university sports activities.
To strengthen cooperation and coordination with sports and community organizations that are members of the Federation and to enhance joint support for the sports activities organized by those entities.
To promote awareness of anti-doping measures and harmful substances and to prevent their risks.
To enhance the developmental aspects related to physical education in schools and universities.
